Cancellation and Refund Policy
We do not offer any refunds after your firewood has been delivered. If you have any concerns about your delivery, please call us and we will work with you to resolve it.
If you have paid for your order and would like to cancel it before it has been delivered, please call us. If the order has not been loaded for delivery, we may be able to offer a full refund. Please do note that this will require bank account confirmation and may not be the same day.
Scheduled delivery day and time can be changed due to wet weather. Please let us know 24 hours in advance if you would like to reschedule your delivery.
We retain the right to cancel any firewood order at any time, for any reason.
